Appointment Booking Fees A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is non refundable but redeemable against your treatment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. Full payment is due at the time of service. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee, 20% of the full price of the treatment (regardless of special offers or discounts) Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the retention of your booking fee, and additional charges may apply. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Late Arrival Policy Arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or not honoured, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Persistent late arrivals may lead to refusal of future bookings. Timeliness ensures the best care and treatment time for all clients. 5. Refunds for Services Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. If dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for potential solutions. 6.
