Pre-Care: Cleanse your face and avoid makeup on the day of your session. Prepare any questions or concerns about your skincare routine. Aftercare: Implement the personalised routine provided during the session. Reapply SPF daily and maintain hydration. Monitor skin reactions to new products and report any issues. Contraindications: Active skin infections or irritation. Recent aggressive treatments that may impact the assessment. Allergies to recommended ingredients. Potential Complications: Minimal, as this is primarily a consultation-based service. Adjustments to new products may cause mild purging or irritation initially. Skin Types Best Suited: Beneficial for all skin types and especially recommended for new clients or those seeking a refreshed skincare plan.


Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions, Cancellation, Refund, and Late Arrival Policy Welcome to Nicola Agassi Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Services and Appointments We offer non-surgical aesthetic treatments and wellness treatments performed by qualified professionals. All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. Availability is subject to scheduling. 2. Appointment Booking Fees A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This is non refundable but redeemable against your treatment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. Full payment is due at the time of service. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee, 20% of the full price of the treatment (regardless of special offers or discounts) Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in the retention of your booking fee, and additional charges may apply. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Late Arrival Policy Arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or not honoured, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Persistent late arrivals may lead to refusal of future bookings. Timeliness ensures the best care and treatment time for all clients. 5. Refunds for Services Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. If dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment for potential solutions. 6. Limitation of Liability Nicola Agassi Ltd is not liable for damages or injuries arising from the use of our non-surgical treatments, except where required by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary depending on individual factors. 7. Changes to Policies We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
